Job Description
For hire: FINRA Certified Learning & Development Officers (Life Insurance).
This role is responsible for the development, the end-to end execution, and the management of the Learning & Development (L&D) programs of our Life insurance teams.
What will keep you busy
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA)
•Develop, execute, and manage the learning and development programs --- including training design, material development, implementation plans, assessments, and evaluations
•Deliver the Learning & Development/Training SLAs, targets and goals
•Manage the Knowledge Transfer requirements of accounts during transition
•Conduct coaching and mentoring as needed
•Drive People Engagement programs and act as the team champion

Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Certified (Series 26)
• Preferably college graduate of any 4-year course
• At least a year of solid experience in managing training programs, products, services and operations including online virtual training tools and methods for
• With experience in handling Life Insurance products, services and process
• Flexible working hours – ability to multitask and work in shifts
• Completed relevant Training licenses & certifications
