Position Summary: HR Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Specialist. This role requires a highly skilled HR professional who can effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. This role will work closely with Project Managers, HR Account Managers and/or Technical Account Managers to ensure exceptional service delivery to your clients. **

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage multiple client accounts efficiently, ensuring consistent and high-quality HR services across all client accounts; including but not limited to: General HR Administration, On/offboarding Management, Compliance Assistance, LOA, Handbook/Policy Development, Performance Management, SOP creation, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and foster trust and confidence, proactive communication, and responsiveness.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, HR Account Managers and/or Technical Account Managers to understand client deliverables and provide regular and detailed status updates, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Leverage extensive HR experience to anticipate future challenges and proactively address any issues that may arise.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HR.
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)

  • Expert knowledge of California leave laws
  • Prior experience working in a multi-client environment is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Specialist, Consultant or Business Partner roles, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Prior Payroll/Benefits processing experience a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and other relevant software applications (Examples: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Paylocity, Paycor, UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Ceridian Dayforce, ADP WFN, Paycom and/or Paychex)
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus.
