What You’ll Be Doing**
- Work with data to solve business problems, building and maintaining the infrastructure to provide unique insights into our data.
- Act as primary point of contact for business insights, consulting, and supporting various business partners in the development of their optimization roadmaps.
- Build and maintain C-Level facing dashboards and reports.
- Be a liaison with several cross-functional teams, co-creating learning center from optimization insights development and delivering results.
- Help streamline and document our data science workflows.
- Develop models that can be used to make predictions and answer questions for the overall business.
- Be an advocate for best practices and continued learning.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate.
What You Bring To The Table
- Communication skills, especially explaining technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, research-oriented team with concurrent projects.
What’s Needed- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau / PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
What’s Needed- Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in stats, applied math, or related discipline.
- Experience building or maintaining ETL processes.
- Professional certifications
- Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Proven track record of applying complex theories and methods to solve practical problems
