Job description
Your missions
As the Waybiller product complexity and conquered marketing areas are growing, we are looking to join forces with a Country Manager in Norway, who will be the key person responsible for leading the market, developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with new potential customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work;
- Find potential clients and create a client base in mass transportation sector;
- Organize and lead sales meetings;
- Create presentations and introduce the product;
- Give input to Waybiller developers about necessary extra developments required in connection with the integration;
- Write analysis and estimate of costs of the necessary integrations & agree on the budget with the customer;
- Create documentation of the integration;
- Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- At least two years of experience in sales and management;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Norwegian;
- Strong communication skills and technical know-how;
- Organizational skills — you’ll be working with many customers, and you’ll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized;
- Result-driven mindset, not stopping after facing several obstacles;
- Passion for digitalising the logistics industry.
