Why your applications get ignored

Three filtering steps decide whether you will be seen, opened, and selected.

01

Step 1 — The ATS filter

"9 out of 10 CVs never reach a recruiter."

CV not parsed properly (format or structure)
Missing or wrong keywords
Unclear job titles
Lack of context or achievements
Irrelevant skills listed first
Dense, overly long CVs

Many strong candidates disappear here without ever being evaluated.

02

Step 2 — The human scan

"Only ~1 in 20 CVs screened by a recruiter is selected."

Generic or AI-generated CV
Wrong format
Weak or unclear summary
Too long or unfocused
Missing industry keywords
Weak headline
No measurable achievements
Poor alignment with the job

Even good CVs fail at this stage if the story isn't clear within seconds.

03

Step 3 — The final check

"If you pass the first two filters, your digital presence decides."

CV ↔ LinkedIn inconsistencies
Weak or inactive LinkedIn presence
Lacking achievements or impact
Missing trust signals (endorsements, recommendations)
Weak headline or About section
No clear story or narrative

In remote hiring, trust and consistency matter as much as experience.

Visibility at all three steps is what gets you selected. We help you master each one.

Fix visibility issues across all three steps in less than 10 minutes.

Get match feedback before you apply

We quickly assess how well you fit each role and tell you if your application is likely to be seen by a recruiter or filtered out. You get a clear verdict (Good, Fair, Weak or Bad match), what is matching, what is missing, and how to improve.

Example
Fair Match

You align with several core requirements, but key elements are missing or unclear.

What's Matching

Strong experience collaborating with product teams
Demonstrated UX thinking and user-centered approach
Solid understanding of design systems
Experience working in Agile environments

What's Missing

No clear evidence of end-to-end UX/UI project ownership
Missing metrics showing impact on conversion, engagement, or usability
Limited demonstration of product analytics usage (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)
Achievements not described with measurable outcomes

Recommendation

To be considered a Top Match for this role, you need to demonstrate successful UX/UI projects with measurable impact. Highlight 2–3 concrete examples where your work improved product metrics such as conversion rate, task success, or user retention, and reference any analytics tools you used to guide decisions. This added context will significantly increase your ranking and make your profile stand out during the first recruiter scan.

Our goal is not to rewrite your CV for every job, but to optimise it once so you can apply anywhere with confidence.

Job seekers, hiring teams - this is the single best AI innovation I've seen yet (even if it locked my LinkedIn account for using it, oops) I applied for a leadership contract role this week, and immediately received confirmation, which included a login page that connected to my LinkedIn. It then scanned my resume and LinkedIn page, and gave me a match score, plus a summary of what matched and what didn't. This is HUGE. If you've ever spent any time applying for any kind of role, getting a response - period - is a treat, and getting actual feedback on how your application was received *never* happens. I've never even gotten this level of insight after being hired. hashtag#AI developers hashtag#HiringManagers hashtag#JobSeekers all take note. This is a truly positive future we can see out of automation tools. Real ones, customer-facing ones, that make job seekers have a better experience WITH actionable feedback, without hiring teams having to lift an additional finger. I've also been hearing about automatic AI video interviews, which I'm curious to see the results from, because there's a lot of potential to allow applicants to stand out without having to jump platforms to add video content. LinkedIn and Jobgether though, please get on that automatic account shutdown thing, that was a less-pleasant surprise. ("...insufficient evidence of SaaS-specific metrics ... as well as experience in scaling customer success teams..." who left you on Roast mode, AI summary?)

Jobgether is great! This is the first job platform that I felt gave truly tangible recommendations for what I could do to stand out for remote roles. I like the recommended matches; however, I felt like I didn't really align with some of the high match score jobs. It was difficult to find, but the manual search allowed me to search for jobs that I felt like I was more aligned with despite having slightly lower match scores. Still, overall, I think the platform and experience exceeded all expectations.

Need of the Hour! I've been a Jobgether user since 2020 and truly believe it's a one-of-a-kind, disruptive platform for finding jobs that align with one’s skills. I especially appreciate the in-depth profile setup questionnaire. It really helps highlight strengths that matter. Excited to see the recent updates, especially the addition of AI coaching and support for CVs, LinkedIn, and career-related queries. Keep up the great work!

A Better Experience for Everyone Most hiring platforms are built for companies, not candidates. Jobgether is different. It puts candidates at the center by offering very helpful guidance and making it easy to find roles that truly match their experience and interests. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, so getting started is simple. By making the experience better for applicants, Jobgether also helps companies by reducing the number of irrelevant applications. It's a win-win.

Quick, helpful, and surprisingly accurate I recently started using Jobgether while searching for a remote job, and I’m really happy with the experience so far. The platform is quick and easy to navigate, and the AI job matching feature did a solid job suggesting roles that aligned with my background, not just generic listings. One thing I appreciated was how the site emphasised remote-first opportunities, which saved me time filtering out jobs that didn’t fit my lifestyle. It felt like the system understood what I was looking for based on my profile and preferences.

Why this works

Recruiters see optimized profiles first

Most recruiters never scroll. They search inside their ATS and open only the top results.

When your CV and LinkedIn match what they search for (keywords, titles, relevance signals), you rise to the top of their list and actually get opened.

BeforePosition #47
AfterPosition #3

Matching signals replace guesswork

Most candidates apply blindly without knowing if they will even be seen.

Your visibility score and ranking prediction show whether you're likely to appear near the top — so you focus only on roles where you have real chances.

Likelihood of being seen

Before32%
After optimization87%

Human attention responds to relevance

Hiring managers reply when your outreach is contextual, specific, and well-timed.

With a visible profile and value-driven messages, you become both discoverable and memorable — outperforming "apply only" strategies.

Outreach example

"Hi Alex, I saw your team is scaling customer success in APAC. I've led similar programs across EMEA and can share what worked for us."

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is a visibility score?

A visibility score measures how likely recruiters are to find and prioritize your profile when searching for candidates in their ATS. It analyzes factors like keyword alignment, profile structure, job title optimization, and ranking signals. A low score indicates gaps that prevent your profile from surfacing in recruiter searches, even when you are qualified for the role.

How does CV and LinkedIn visibility optimization work?

We analyze your CV and LinkedIn profile against recruiter search patterns and ATS requirements.

How do AI-powered applications help?

For each job you apply to, the system adapts your CV bullets, summary, and keywords to match the specific role requirements. This increases the likelihood that the ATS identifies you as a relevant match and that your application ranks higher in recruiter searches. It saves you time by avoiding manual rewrites while improving your alignment with each opportunity.

What happens in the 1:1 coaching session?

The 1:1 coaching session (included in the Quarterly plan) is a personalized consultation where we review your visibility progress, discuss specific challenges in your job search, and refine your strategy. We cover profile optimization, application approach, outreach tactics, and help you focus on roles where you have the highest chances of being seen and selected.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your CV, LinkedIn data, and personal information are stored securely and encrypted. We do not share your data with third parties. Your information is used solely to provide visibility analysis and optimization recommendations.

What if I am already applying to jobs?

You can continue applying while using the system. Many users start by getting their visibility score and action plan, then optimize their profile before sending new applications. If you are already in active conversations with recruiters or hiring managers, the outreach strategies can help you stand out during that process as well.
