At Lano, we not only help our customers to make remote work a reality, but we also want to set an example by providing our team with maximum freedom and flexibility in the way they work. We truly believe that a good work-life balance is a key enabler for our people to do their best work, which is why we offer localized public holidays, a minimum of 26 paid vacation days per year, and flexible working hours. As long as you cover your responsibilities, you can work whenever it suits you - including 26 paid days off per year (more if your country requests so). All our roles at Lano are fully remote, which means our colleagues can work from wherever they want, be it from their own home, from our headquarters in Berlin, from a co-working space, or from anywhere else in the world. Our team is globally distributed, with team members based in 16 different countries all over the world - if they’re not somewhere abroad enjoying a relaxing workation.
Work environment
Work from home : We encourage our remote workers to work from home providing the necessary tools/ equipment for the ones who want to work from home.
Work from anywhere : You can set your desk anywhere you wish :)
Work from our Offices if you want : For the ones who love to meet people, we have our HQ in the heart of Berlin Mitte, with a nice rooftop terrace and good vibes!

Fully Flexible Working Days
From Monday to Friday : Our HQ in Berlin is open from Monday to Friday
Possibility to work some days per month on side projects (volunteer, entrepreneur..) : Yes, you can work on side projects and we encourage people to have diverse projects as long this doesn't interfere with your responsibilities at Lano. We offer 2 additional days off each year for the volunteering policy

We apply 26 vacation days + local bank holidays for everyone and you can take them when you decide
How? Contractual flexibility
Full time : You need stability and security, we obviously offer full time.
Fixed term contract : You need flexibility and don't want to commit for a long period. We can hire you for few months if you want.
Long term freelancing : Depending of the position, it is completely possible to be a long term freelancer.
Short term freelancing : You want several clients, with several missions. We are ready to hire you for specific short term missions.
