We really are a full-remote company by design . We don’t have an office so we all work from home (or in co-working spaces). But not remote-only, we gather quarterly for memorable offsites and we enjoy occasional meet-ups in co-working spaces.

Full-remote is an incredible opportunity for employees to choose where they want to live and have an outstanding personal and professional balance but let’s be honest working 100% remotely is also a challenge in terms of ways of working, collaboration, and most importantly social bonds between employees. We still face some challenges and as for many topics at Wave we regularly seek feedback from the team in a continuous improvement philosophy.
Work environment
Work from home : We don't have an office at Wave so most of our employees work at home 100% of the time, and some might work in a co-working space to change the scenery from time to time.
Coworking available : Subscription to co-working hubs via Néo-Nomade (4 full days or 8 half days per month). For now, this is for employees working from France only but we will be updating this policy soon to make sure employees, regardless of their location, have the ability to work from a co-working space should they want to.
When? Time flexibility
Working time
Partly Flexible : At Wave, we believe in giving employees the autonomy they need to do their best work. Everyone can organize their day the way it suits them best. The only ask is to make sure you are available for company meetings and mandatory Zoom calls with your squad/team.
From Monday to Friday : Our regular work week is Monday to Friday.
How? Contractual flexibility
Full time : You need stability and security, we obviously offer full time.
Short term freelancing : You want several clients, with several missions. We are ready to hire you for specific short term missions.
Long term freelancing : Depending of the position, it is completely possible to be a long term freelancer.
