Work from anywhere : At Chainlink Labs, you can decide where you work from in the world. We are a fully distributed company.
Coworking available : We provide a $350 monthly budget to use in coworking spaces
Work from home : You are free to work from home, as much as you want.

Fully Flexible Working Hours : You decide your own schedule, depending on your work and the people you work with in different timezones

Holiday Policy
Unlimited Holidays
We offer a flexible time off policy with no set minimum or maximum days provided that your work gets done and that disruption to your team is minimized through proactive organization around time off. We do not follow any country’s public holiday schedule, nor do we have organization wide holidays (we want to be as flexible and inclusive as possible). We encourage you to book off your local public holidays, but the decision on whether or not you want to work during public holidays is up to you.

Long term freelancing : Depending of the position, it is completely possible to be a long term freelancer.
Full time : You need stability and security, we obviously offer full time.
