Title: VMware Windows Systems Administrator
Location: 100% Remote (Canada)
Position: Fulltime
Salary: $Market
Requirements
Min 5 years work in related area
Min 2 years building, deploying, and administering Windows Server / VMware systems
Thorough problem determination skills to troubleshoot and VM and operating systems problems
Successful record of accomplishment in providing production support for large-scale distributed systems, with experience in automation,
monitoring/alerting, production migration, and deployment with minimal down time.
Installing, configuring, patching, and maintaining Windows Server in VMware 6.5+
Disaster Recovery
Experience with backup and recovery of servers using HP Data Protector & Veeam
Windows Server 2016 (or later) Administration
VMware 6.5 (or later) / VSAN / NSX-V (or later) Administration
Scripting: Powershell/vbscript/bat
VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Site Recovery
Backup solutions: Veeam/Data Protector
