Your missions
I am delighted to share that I am currently working with a global firm to recruit a company Secretary to join their busy team in Cork.
Are you an experienced Secretary looking for a new challenge?
Location: Cork City
Salary: €30-31k
Hours: Hybrid - Monday to Friday
Duration: 12 months
What will this role entail?
- Drawing up letters
- Editing Documents
- Supporting Directors where needed
- Looking after submission of expenses
- Answering phone calls and directing them accordingly
- Managing a busy email inbox
- Looking after visitor bookings that come onsite
- Diary Management
- Compiling financial documentation
- Ad hoc administration duties
What do you need to have?
- A positive can do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in the financial sector is desirable
- Ability to Multitask
