SAP/Navy ERP Consultant I

NavAide is currently seeking candidates at all levels in support of an SAP implementation with a US Navy client. Qualified candidates will be exposed to the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem, trained in Navy ERP/SAP implementation methodologies, and mentored in various areas of consulting. Currently seeking functional, technical, and analytical support across all SAP/Navy ERP modules and scenarios including: Finance/Controlling (FI/CO), Funds Management (FM), Asset Management (AM), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), Workforce Management (HCM/WFM), Materials Management (MM), Workflow, Business Objects Data Services (BODS), Security/Roles/User Management, Acquire to Dispose (A2D), Budget to Authorize (B2A), Check In to Check Out (C2C), Plan to Perform (P2Pf), Plan to Pay (P2Py), Post to Report (P2R), and more.

These positions are mostly remote, but candidates must be willing to travel approx. 25% within the continental United States of America. Candidates must also possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and sustainment support across various functional and technical areas of Navy ERP/SAP
  
• Support Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) initiatives such as As-is / To-be Process Mapping, Business Rules and Handbook development
• Delivering presentations, trainings, demonstrations, leading/facilitating meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Development of Desk Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, Guidance
• Project management support such as scheduling, resourcing, forecasting, risk management, configuration control
• Analysis of information, interpretation and drafting of technical documentation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong interpersonal, communication, active listening, assertiveness, negotiation, conflict resolution skills
• Sharp, motivated, aligned to NavAide's Vision, Mission, and Core Principles
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  
• Navy ERP/SAP experience is preferred but not required
• Navy/DoD financial experience is preferred but not required

Education

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering , Mathematics, or Information Systems.

Security Clearance: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance

Travel: 25% travel required
