Your missions

bwise is a digital media agency, specialized in sports betting/iGaming. We work with the biggest and most popular sports websites and apps around the world, managing advertising sales to betting & gaming operators.

To drive our business in Brazil we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Head of Sales.

You will be working under the Global Sales Director and be responsible for generating new sales business as well as the acquisition of new revenue channels. Our digital media portfolio includes bwise-exclusive publishers such as 365Scores, BeSoccer, Parcias and many more!

We are looking for an individual who is able to build and lead a team, work independently and has a strong drive for continued improvements. Ideally you come with an existing network of iGaming clients/relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Hire and grow a dedicated sales team for Brazilian iGaming markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients from the iGaming industry, focusing on digital sales - offline experience and sponsorships is a plus
  • Identify and pursue new revenue generating opportunities in the Brazilian market
  • Represent bwise at local gambling conferences, travel to meet business clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Head of Sales role or other senior leadership position
  • In depth knowledge of the Brazilian iGmaing market
  • Experience in direct sales (CPM), performance marketing, programmatic media buying and/or affiliate marketing is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian iGaming market and local industry regulations
  • Portuguese native and fluent in business English is required
  • Ideally located in Brazil
