As a business systems consultant lead on Progressive’s loss reserving team, you'll be a linkage across all three of our current actuarial systems (Progressive Classic, Progressive Home, and Protective). You’ll be involved in integrating new products and acquisitions and coordinate documentation across all reserving functions.
This is a remote position. **
Must-have Qualifications**
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of ten years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to insurance claims data
- Exposure to mainframe systems
- Good collaborator across business functions
- Strong business acumen
- Good organization and attention to detail
Compensation
- $82,400 - $109,900/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
