We're looking for a highly motivated Treasury Manager to join our EU Bank team 📣

There are a lot of plates to spin, so we need someone who can be light on their feet and tight on their results.

You'll be supporting key treasury activities, specifically focussing on ALM and capital, as we expand our services and presence. As part of the Treasury team, you'll be responsible for assessing and managing economic risks and resources we're exposed to, like FX and interest rate risks 📈

You'll also own various Treasury procedures and work with the technology teams to make any necessary enhancements to the reporting process.

What you’ll be doing

• Enhancing our asset liability and capital management frameworks, building and maintaining models and methodologies for risk forecasting
• Measuring, monitoring, and managing the Liquidity, Interest Rate, and FX Risk in the Banking Book
• Providing input into the ILAAP and ICAAP process
• Forecasting, reviewing, and managing capital adequacy and associated actions
• Supporting business decision making, contributing to stakeholder presentations and committees, such as ALCO
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements

What you'll need

• Experience working in a financial institution or fintech firm, preferably within a treasury, finance, or risk function
• A solid understanding of global financial markets, products, and key treasury concepts
• An analytical, logical, and structured mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex issues into parts, identifying the root cause and creating elegant solutions
• A highly motivated, independent attitude up to tackle any challenge
• A university degree in science, technology, economics, or maths

Compensation range

• Lithuania: €3,600 - €4,200 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
