We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Manager to join our team at our Company
As a business-oriented leader with a deep love for data and analysis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the impact of effective data practices on our company's strategy. This hands-on leadership position requires guiding a team through growth phases, from inception to maturity, and influencing cross-departmentally with a focus on remote, geographically dispersed collaboration. **

Lead and manage a team of data engineers, data scientists, and analytics engineers.

Ensure high levels of data quality and system reliability, adhering to regulatory standards.
Develop dashboards and metrics showcasing the status of data governance and quality.
Document technical solutions and data architecture. **
Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operation Research, or equivalent business experience in data engineering or data science.
Experience leading and managing data or software engineers.
Proven experience in developing and managing a team's roadmap.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-departmentally to achieve company goals.
Track record of influencing broader company and organizational vision and goals.
Successful project management experience within scope and on time.
Proficiency with batch-processing and streaming data pipelines, cloud data tools (e.g., DBT, GCP DataFlow, AWS Glue), data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, GCP BigQuery, AWS RedShift), and databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL). **
