Work Environment**

We are currently on the lookout for talented individuals, whether experienced Branch Managers or Loan Officers, who are eager for more freedom and better opportunities. Here's what you can expect:

Compensation

• Earn up to 6% points YSP on correspondent submissions.
• Receive up to 2.75% on Wholesale Broker submissions.
• Get paid within 24-48 hours - no-nonsense, straightforward compensation.
• 1099 status in most states.

• Work with processors to collect your documents.

• Handle a diverse range of loan types, including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Jumbo, Commercial, Business, Factoring/Leasing Lending, Heloc, Non-QM, Hard Money, and Bailouts.
