Travel Operations Assistant - Remote | WFH

Position Overview

We are a premier luxury travel company seeking talented Travel Operations Assistants to join our dynamic Bookings team. You will support our expert Trip Designers to seamlessly manage all logistics and operations for our discerning members' custom journeys. This is an opportunity to learn from the best in bespoke travel planning while helping deliver unforgettable and authentic travel experiences.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with Trip Designers to ensure every detail is considered to craft personalized luxury itineraries. Your responsibilities include:
• Having friendly conversations by phone and email with our network of top hotels, guides, tour operators and other partners worldwide to check availability, customize arrangements and make reservations.
• Creating, editing and perfecting detailed trip itineraries, ensuring accuracy and an exceptionally high level of service.
• Building strong relationships with our trusted travel partners and destination experts to expand your own knowledge.
• This remote position can be based anywhere in the United States. With our renowned training program, you will grow into a Trip Designer or Operations Lead role.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1+ years of full-time professional experience.
• A true passion for travel planning and desire to become an expert advisor.
• Innate ability to provide thoughtful, anticipatory service and 5-star hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines and deliver error-free work.
• Ability to smoothly handle changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and readiness to be a team player.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom. Salesforce experience a plus.
