Commission Structure

• Earn up to 225 basis points on forward mortgages
• Earn up to 325 basis points on reverse mortgages

Please note that there is a monthly $59 maintenance fee. **

Responsibilities**

• Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility
• Meet with clients to discuss loan options and address inquiries
• Collect and verify financial information from clients
• Analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness
• Negotiate loan terms with clients
• Prepare accurate loan documents
• Coordinate with escrow companies to ensure timely loan closings

Requirements

• NMLS License in one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, OR, TX
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
