Your missions
Position: Operations Assistant
Working Hours: M-F 9 AM - 6 PM EST
Holidays: US & PH Regular Holidays
Salary: 1,000 - 1,400 USD

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with invoicing and bookkeeping
- Work collaboratively to fully understand the project requirements.
- Produce, evaluate, and forward papers to the client.
- Sort receipts into categories using the accounting tool.
- Work with balancing sheets.
Requirements
- Requires two to three years of expertise with bookkeeping software.
- Proficient with the following tools:
- Google Docs
- Spreadsheets
- Google Sheets
- Xero
- Quickbooks
- Familiarity with Asana
