With the growth of our company, PaxeraHealth Corp. is now hiring a TS and Implemetation Engineer in Latin America to join our talented team of individuals in our Technical Support department. We seek an individual who will embrace our culture of excellence, service and integrity.  This person will assist in the Technical Support of our medical imaging software to our clients.

We currently seek a TS Engineer in Latin America with solid IT and customer service skills who is interested in providing top notch customer support to our clients. This is a remote position for our company that is located in Newton, MA, and requires someone who is energetic and wants to be involved in a fast paced and exciting environment. You will be responsible for the following key functions: 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure customers and distributors receive adequate level of support, to include technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, remote and other electronic medium.
  • Assist with medical imaging software and hardware implementations for new customers.
  • Manage product setup as well as provide product presentations to customers and visitors.
  • Develops, refines, and tunes integrations between applications.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Ensures software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to solve complex problems related to PACS software implementation, upgrades and compatibility/bug issues;
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate urgent quality tasks in order to meet business requirements and deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment to present strategic planning on time;
  • Strong relationship-development skills, which result in long-term, mutually beneficial vendor and client relationships;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a healthcare IT Technical Support role including the development, analysis, and implementation of PACS and medical IT software;
  • Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to understand and express complex issues and solutions.
  • BA/BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, computer science or related discipline or the combination of education and experience.
  • Good command of the Spanish and English language required (spoken and written)
