Get to Know the Opportunity:

We are looking to add to our Pricing and Reporting team, supporting Voya's Wealth Solutions Mid and Large Market sales team (more than $50 million in AUM).  Provide unique pricing and analysis for both new business and in support of existing business.   

The Contributions You'll Make:

  • Monitors & reviews pricing activity for accuracy and timeliness to ensure consistency
  • Participates in existing client calls and responsible for evaluation of any applicable actions items resulting from calls
  • Generates regular reports to Management for team pricing activity, audit review and product related services
  • Leads or participates in special projects/ad-hoc requests providing strategic product pricing management support
  • Assess appropriateness of product/investment menu configuration and recommend more suitable options where appropriate.
  • Evaluate existing custom case pricing requests and provide pricing that meets established profitability objectives and delegation of authority
  • Evaluate 'exception' requests against guidelines and adhere to established profitability objectives for existing business
  • Uses knowledge of systems and processes to uncover, diagnose and address difficult and unusual customer requests
  • Partner to deliver quality research and analytical analysis which enhances new sales and helps retain existing business
  • Deliver responses to sales partners within agreed upon SLA’s
  • Ensure all offers meet established profitability objectives and delegation of authority levels
  • Says "no" when needed and gives full rationale for the answer; remain calm and non-defensive in problem situations
  • Display good planning and organization skills; maintain complete and up-to-date digital files and shared drive items
  • Offer suggestions to improve our processes and procedures
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Participate in Sales calls daily
  • Identify and communicate trends/potential problems and alternatives
  • Identify market competitor pricing trends; recommend and assist in initiating potential policies and process enhancements
  • Provide ongoing team support to colleagues 

Minimum Knowledge & Experience: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Financial services industry pricing, preferably Retirement services
  • BA degree in Business Management, or related field

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Strong Communication/ Presentation skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to look at data and identify errors
  • Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups and macros
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of the Retirement industry
  • Understanding the profit drivers of our business

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$75,230 - $94,040 USD
