About the role...

The Pricing & Inventory Analyst is responsible for gathering data, preparing analysis and making recommendations to support the generation of net program revenue. Pricing responsibilities include cost analysis, making sell price recommendations, reviewing special offers, monitoring cost changes and working with pricing systems. Inventory responsibilities include analyzing enrollment trends and preparing reporting in accordance with cruise line contract terms. This position is also responsible for the accuracy of dates and prices in all marketing materials and across all costing, pricing and reservation systems. The Analyst will work closely with members of Tuition Revenue Management (TRM), Air Operations, Marketing, Programs, Program Services, Contracting and Finance providing analysis and insights to support effective decision making to maximize net program revenue.

Road Scholar offers a remote-first work environment. The compensation range for this exempt level salaried position is $55,000 - $65,000. This is a stepping-stone Analyst position.

• Review all marketing campaigns for print, web and e-mail. Ensure accuracy of pricing, special offers and featured dates.

You need...

• Bachelor’s Degree Required, with up to 2 years relevant experience. Travel or Cruise Industry Experience a plus.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, to include Power Point, Word and Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills.
• Attention to Detail; Highly accurate with Strong Organizational Skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently.
• Ability to understand foreign currency translation.
• Strong desire to learn new skills and work as a team player.
• Experience with gathering, manipulation and analysis of large data sets.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
