Position Title: Technical Operations Assistant, Drug Substance

The Technical Operations (Tech Ops) department oversees the cGMP production of investigational and commercial API and drug product. The Technical Operations Assistant, Drug Substance will assist the Tech Ops department with day-to-day tasks such as document and data management. Position is part-time, up to 30 hours per week.

Preferred Location: Remote – US  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

• The Technical Operations Assistant, Drug Substance will be involved in many of the day-to-day technical operations tasks, including the following:
  • Document archiving
  • Batch record review 
  • Quality control data entry and checking for regulatory submissions
  • Analyze manufacturing and product performance data 
  • Special projects may be assigned as needed

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

• Preferred candidate will possess or be working towards a scientific degree. Candidates with relevant experience in a related math or scientific field will also be considered.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and in an organized manner with little direct supervision
• Self-motivated and able to think critically, ask questions and solve problems
• Detail-oriented, accurate and thorough 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
