Your missions
We're seeking individuals located in Colombia for a Software Architect position to join our team!
As a Software Architect, you'll spearhead the development of efficient, scalable, and top-notch mobile software solutions. Your primary goal will be to craft software architecture aligned with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration between components, resource optimization, and compliance with both functional and non-functional prerequisites, along with team-defined standards and best practices.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design software architecture solutions.
- Lead the development and deployment of high-quality software applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Design robust, scalable, and secure software systems.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure that the software architecture aligns with business objectives.
- Lead the modernization efforts of legacy mobile applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve legacy code challenges.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (Advanced/Fluent).
- Demonstrated experience of more than 3 years as a Software Architect or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to lead and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with React and Javascript.
- Experience with Cloud platforms.
- Relevant certifications in technology.
- Understanding of DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of microservices and micro frontend architecture.
