At Encora we are looking for a great talent like you to join our team as the next Senior Software Architect (10318).

Our Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience as a technical lead or architect
- 6+ years experience as an individual technical contributor
- Experience delivering commercial software with small to medium sized teams (5 to 20 people)
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and Domain Driven Design
- Advanced knowledge of event-driven systems, microservices and hexagonal architecture
- Development using cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in an Agile project team environment
