Job Description

Manage the  annual integrated media planning, as well as media planning for campaigns across all online and offline channels in line with Marketing, brand and segments goals and objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Media Planning
    • Media campaign planning – supporting the Paid Media team on developing the overall annual media budget and strategy
    • Independently develop media plans for medium size briefs with paid digital channel managers and external offline agency
    • Working with Paid Media, Brand and CRM owners to identify opportunities for cross channel collaboration and optimisations using insights.
  • Partner and stakeholder management
    • Manage the relationship with our digital analytics and license partner agencies
    • Manage media planning and buying agency relationship to deliver on contractual KPIs
  • Measurement and Advanced Analytics
    • Responsible for overseeing the data collection and supply for marketing mix modelling
    • Own the competitive reporting suite for spend, visits and app install reporting
  • Strategic Projects
    • Manage and continuously improve integrated media deals across offline and online media

Qualifications
  • Sound  digital marketing or media buying experience with a high level of competency across all media with specific hands-on experience in traditional media, and understanding of media trends
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web measurement platforms
  • Experience creating, managing & optimising integrated media campaigns for large brands with sizeable budgets - agency-side a bonus
  • Ability to analyse media and audience performance, generating insights and actions from available data sources
  • Strong judgement and decision-making capabilities, with a willingness to test, learn, and pivot when needed
  • Experience managing external agency partners/vendors and evaluating capabilities and proposals
