QA Automation Lead - USD - Remote

We seek a QA Automation Lead to join a leading US company specializing in billing, subscriptions, and payment solutions for global businesses

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Test & Automation efforts, offering guidance, best practices, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements, priorities, and deliverables aligned with program milestones.
• Coordinate with development and other testing teams to execute test automation strategies.
• Develop automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Ensure defects are accurately documented, tracked, and resolved.
• Provide regular progress updates and metrics to project stakeholders.
• Contribute within an Agile team environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of Test Automation experience.
• Proficiency in software testing methodologies, automated testing tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with various testing types (functional, regression, performance, etc.) and tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, PyTest, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in Python and Django.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails.
• Exposure to React.
