Position : SEO Specialist

Work Hours (Client): M-F, 9 am to 5 pm, EST

Pay Range : $ 1,000 - 2,000 USD/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
• Develop and execute strategic SEO initiatives that align with our business goals, focusing on tasks that deliver tangible results in the short term while also laying the groundwork for long-term success.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the team, outlining which SEO tasks are most critical to focus on now and which ones should be prioritized for implementation in the future.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, web developers, and marketing professionals to ensure alignment of SEO strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and leverage insights to refine and optimize SEO strategies over time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience
• Proficient with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, Bing Webmaster, Bing Places, SEMrush
• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results with minimal direction, and discuss with marketing manager areas to improve and execute
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to articulate and champion SEO strategies to marketing managers at the organization
