As the Senior Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for the top line orders revenue, contribution margin, supply chain, market analytics, commercial strategy, customer pricing, and customer/channel management. You will develop and build
 

As a Lead Sales Specialist - Channel Sales, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Managing existing regional channel partners toward continued growth and performance
  • Driving partners towards orders, sales and financial targets
  • Providing accountability to deliver on commitments and communicate progress, needs, and strategies to win in a competitive landscape
  • Performing regular performance management reviews of channel partners, channel partner progress; identify target areas for improvement and report forecasts
  • Refining strategy to define ideal use of channel partners with support from Region Sales Leadership
  • Being responsible for regional market analysis and future partner evaluations to support regional growth needs
  • Supporting established channel partners and developing new business partners across North America
  • Developing deep domain technical knowledge for ultrasonic products
  • Identifying and cultivating strategic relationships at all levels of channel partner organizations
  • Participating in Digital Solutions wide and other corporate level initiatives regarding the use of indirect channels to market
  • Supporting trade shows, vendor days, and use of co-op funding, as necessary

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales). Minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Channel Sales.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in an Industrial/NDT environment preferred
  • Have 3 years of experience in industrial technical sales role preferred
  • Be able to travel 30% as business requires
  • Be a self starter able to prioritize tasks with minimal guidance
  • Have experience and willingness to learn
