Lead/Sr. Lead Partnerships

About the organization:

This position is with our partner organization working towards eliminating forced labour and sexual violence.

Designation: Lead/Senior Lead- Partnerships

Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru

Duration: Full-time

Specific responsibilities and duties include:

Acquisition of industry partnerships

• Co-create the industry acquisition and execution strategy by:
• Understanding the gaps in industry worker welfare by extensive primary and secondary research
• Developing unique value propositions, communications materials such as pitch decks and proposal and develop budgets for investors and real estate companies
• Building a buy in within the organization on onboarding and engagement with partners
• Onboarding of partners by finalizing MOU/LOIs as appropriate
• Designing hand off SOPs from acquisitions to program implementation

Research & Analysis

• Conducting research and business analysis of construction and philanthropy by:
• Conducting prospect research and presenting leads to engage with;
• Leveraging existing networks to build a stakeholder map of key influencers in construction and other relevant industries

Design long-term strategy to achieve the MRCs long-term goals

• Strategize, design and execute any special initiatives in line with MRC goals
• Co-develop strategy on engaging with international and domestic investors
• Develop an innovative value proposition to drive partnerships for the MRC

Team:

• Selected candidates will be part of the Partnerships Team of the Migrants Resilience Collaborative.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Political Science, Public Affairs, Public Policy, Public relations, Communications, Social Work, Management or related field.
• Relevant experience in the migration space. Added advantage for applicants who have prior knowledge of working with migrants in the construction sector or any other sector.
• Good research, proposal writing and budgeting skills is mandatory.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible, professional experience in partnership acquisitions will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to design strategy
• Excellent networker and communication skills
• Must be a self-starter and able to think critically.
• Working understanding of Microsoft Excel and Budget Formulation
• Working with people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi
• Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Microsoft)
