Job Summary
The CDL Data Manager is responsible for student records, and whose duties are to plan, organize, and manage all of the activities related to the recording and registration of academic records. This role also includes providing administrative support to CDL Operations including student, and instructor record management, and travel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Core Values Needed: Integrity, Customer Service, Innovation, & Growth.
Assist with processing student status changes related to each student’s education/enrollment.
Assist the Account Management team in associating re-entry student's hours/courses.
Provide for the maintenance and safekeeping of student academic files within FERPA guidelines and company policies.
Assist with student activities including orientation and graduation.
Collaborate with CDL Leadership Teams to facilitate and improve services to students.
Assist CDL Operations team with monthly random drug screen pull
Assist with Instructor onboarding training
Assist with maintaining instructor files
Assist with Avetta on-boarding process for Amazon TOM
Assist with ensuring attendance is entered timely and accurately
Assist in scheduling students into appropriate educational courses.
Coordinate all travel assignments via Concur for CDL Instructional staff.
Assist with data entry and data retrieval from Tenstreet to aid in student transition rates
Oversee data integrity of CDL network US and CAN to include weekly/monthly meetings with partners to ensure student statuses are accurate, and collect licensure data, and transition data.
Min of 25% travel required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Experience with data entry, file management, and similar administrative duties
Excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to multitask
2 years experience in a customer service environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite
Ability to manage detailed procedural processes and ensure compliance with procedures among faculty/staff
PREFERRED:
Knowledge of CampusVue software & Concur Travel Systems
At least 3 years of related work experience in a related field
Experience working in an academic department in a proprietary school setting
Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and accreditation regulations applicable to the proprietary education industry
