About The Opportunity**

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content as part of our organic social media strategy, with a particular focus on platforms like LinkedIn. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your talent in social media strategy, writing, and visual storytelling while making a real impact. **

Key Responsibilities**

Develop compelling organic social media content aligned with our communication strategy and brand identity.

Collaborate with internal partners to craft and coordinate social media content.

Create channel-specific creative assets, including graphics, animations, and videos.

Manage content publication across various social media platforms using tools like Sprout Social.

Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across different departments.

Utilize data and analytics to inform and optimize social media strategy.

Contribute to editorial planning meetings and manage content calendars.

Stay updated on social trends and platform changes to inform content strategy.

Assist in employee social media advocacy program management. **

Minimum Qualifications**

2-4 years of experience in social media and content creation.

Proficiency in creative copywriting and visual storytelling.

Strong editorial judgment and creative thinking skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Comfortable working in a remote and collaborative environment.

Familiarity with social media management tools and technology. **

Preferred Qualifications**

Experience in financial services communications or related field.

Knowledge of retirement, employee benefits, and asset management products.

Compensation**

Annual base salary range: $60,450 - $100,760 USD (based on location and experience).
