Description**

Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a 3+ month contract. This role provides an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for growing their IT support and customer service skills.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional IT support to customers, both remotely and on-site at clinic sites. With up to 80% travel required , you will have the opportunity to work in dynamic environments, supporting customers and tech integrations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in technical support, desktop support, or similar roles, with strong customer service and communication skills. Experience with backend tasks such as scripting and working within Active Directory, as well as setting up IT infrastructure for new offices, clinics or similar environments, is a plus.

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Duration: 3+ month contract

Compensation: $20-25/hr

Job Duties**

  • Travel to newly acquired sites to perform all IT infrastructure setup, provisioning, etc
  • Remote work when not traveling, providing IT support to customers
  • On-site support at new sites for customer and tech integrations
  • Provide timely and effective customer service

Skills Needed

  • MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL FREQUENTLY
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, desktop support, or similar roles
