Your missions

Role Overview: 

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll oversee our marketing campaigns on platforms like Baidu Ads, RED Ads, WeChat Ads, and Douyin Ads, driving paid user acquisition in China by maximizing the capabilities of these platforms. Collaborate closely with branding, content, design, and product teams to execute operational tasks and initiatives efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid user acquisition strategy, including testing and deployment.
  • Manage targeted marketing campaigns, optimizing lead quality and conversion funnels.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across digital marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across product development, partnerships, sales, and operations.
  • Conduct growth marketing experiments to validate and scale effective strategies.
  • Analyze growth marketing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Translate growth insights into actionable recommendations for business growth.
  • Maintain campaigns and integrate additional platforms into the acquisition plan.
  • Evaluate campaign metrics and report on performance.
  • Define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Continuously improve campaigns based on insights.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (4+ years).
  • Strong communication, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms in China.

  • Creative vision to translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns.
