To take our company to an international level, we are currently looking for an Head of Design to lead the Design team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health landscape, leading our solutions to create profound international impact. We are looking for a real visionary, someone who is willing to push boundaries, ramping up our global game and totally changing the script of how we address mental health challenges in different markets.

 

💻 AS OUR HEAD OF DESIGN YOU WILL:

  • Develop and execute a bold design vision, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and product strategy.
  • Lead the design team by setting clear goals, providing mentorship and guidance, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.
  • Own the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that our products are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing while also meeting business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Partner closely with product management and engineering leaders to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive alignment on product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to design, advocating for the needs and preferences of our users and leveraging user research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs iteratively.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and coherence across all products and platforms, while also allowing for flexibility and customization where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evangelize the value of design, build consensus around design decisions, and advocate for design best practices throughout the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the design team, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement in our design processes, tools, and methodologies.
