About the role

The role of the Brand Marketing Manager - Partnership + Events plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, curating meaningful talent relationships and fostering customer engagement within the partnerships and events space through strategic marketing initiatives and effective collaboration within internal and external stakeholders. Leverage Talent (celebrities, influencers, ambassadors and creators) and IRL events to engage our target audience. You're the person that everyone goes to for current industry trends, up-and-coming celebrities, influencers, must see events - a social expert. This role reports directly to the Director, Brand Partnerships.


Roles and responsibilities...

  • Execute a forward thinking 360-degree brand relevant PR tactics, Talent & branded Partnerships and IRL Events to drive business growth, build brand equity, generate consistent brand exposure and optimize storytelling.
  • Lead our Brand Ambassador program to generate always on social buzz, UGC pipeline and affiliate sales supporting monthly storytelling.
  • Assist with PR requests, Talent gifting and photoshoot prep
  • Help source a multi-tiered talent network, inclusive of celebrity to nano talent. Assist with all aspects of the talent ecosystem
  • Support to bring our events to life across the United States.
  • Work in collaboration with the execution of all marketing initiatives at each event venue
  • Assist with agency relationships across PR, Events, Talent agents and management teams, as well as individual influencer/creators.
  • Own our product gifting program, responsible for inbound management, selection and delivery of product.
  • Assist with performance metrics sharebacks, reporting on talent performance and identify areas of opportunity to optimize performance.


Success in 6 months looks like:

  • Execute our Brand Ambassador launch campaign and create the talent onboarding process and documentation
  • Help execute and attend 1 IRL Ka’Chava event
  • Establish an inbound gifting request process
  • Build relationships with key contacts across all agencies + top talent managers

Success in 2 years looks like:

  • Increase brand awareness for Ka’Chava by strategically leveraging PR + Media, Talent, Events + new branded Partnerships
  • Drive sales by tracking and growing the Affiliate Brand Ambassador program
  • Optimize talent selection to increase ROI
  • Managing 4 IRL Ka’Chava events with measurable ROI

 

About you
  • 5+ years’ experience in Influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Must be able to travel up to 20%, with overnight travel
  • Must have prior experience with Brand Ambassador programing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent lead marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics and ability to use data and make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of branding and the power of brand positioning to make for a winning proposition.
  • Expert within the social space, up-to-date on current trends and talent
  • Proven track record managing multiple agencies while fostering strong talent relationships
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • You are entrepreneurial, creative, innovative with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • You are able to self-manage and organize, given competing deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will be determined to go the extra mile to achieve results
  • You’re confident, assertive, and proactive, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with people at all levels
  • You have exceptional attention to detail
  • You have experience in managing senior stakeholders and applying a commercial mindset
  • You are confident presenting and building relationships l with key stakeholders in growing, challenging businesses

 

Preferred locations: FL, GA, MA, CO, NY, WA, OR, TX, WV, NV, NH, and OH

Compensation: $122,000 – $146,800
