Mission brief: 

" Imagine a tapestry woven with vibrant hues, a world that rivals the grandeur of Skyrim's sprawling landscapes, the intricate details of Assassin's Creed's architectural marvels, and the hauntingly beautiful vistas of Elden Ring. 

This, friend, is the world we bring to life - a realm rendered in the luminous brilliance of Unreal Engine 5, where semi-realistic art brings every detail to breathtaking life.

Yours will be the hand that crafts the Art Bible, the sacred text that defines the visual language of this world. You may even choose to breathe life into concept art yourself, setting the tone for the creatures, characters, and locations that populate this landscape.

More than just a creator, you ensure that the vision resonates with every artist on the team. You'll possess a deep understanding of Unreal Engine tools and the art production pipeline for crafting vast, open worlds."

Environment/Tools: Unreal Engine 5, Houdini, 3DsMax, Maya, Blender Substance, Marvelous Designer, ZBrush, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Premier


Your player profile:

 

  • Mid to Senior-level, 5+ years of experience as an Art Director in the computer games industry 
  • You have a deep grasp of Unreal Engine tools and art production pipeline for open-world games
  • Well-versed in industry-standard tools like Maya, Houdini, Substance Painter, Premiere, Adobe etc.
  • You have a portfolio or links to projects that showcase games in the RPG, ARPG genre, in a relevant art style


Bonus:

  • Experience from fantasy action role-playing games in a  semi-realistic art style is a major +
  • Any big AA-AAA release with semi-realistic art style is a +


    Details:

    • Start: ASAP
    • Duration: 3 months initially, possible extension up to 1 year
    • Occupance rate: 100% assignment
    • Work set-up: Remote From Anywhere
    • Rate: 20 Euros/hour ex. vat (possible raise after 2 months)
