Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: Bench Sales/ IT Recruiter

Location: Fully Remote

Must have a 2 to 3 Hours Backup, 22 to 24” Monitor with HDMI Cable, Table, Chair and Quite place to

work.

Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST

• Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM BST

 

About the Role

Position Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing IT graduates in diverse roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their IT recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as networking, job boards, social media, and referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job specifications and company culture.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and providing valuable insights.
  • Stay informed about IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and job market dynamics to provide expert advice to candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within our applicant tracking system.

 

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

    • Minimum graduate with a degree in HR or a related field, demonstrating a strong interest in technology and recruitment.
    • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or anything similar is a plus factor.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with IT professionals and clients effectively.
    • Proficiency in using online platforms, social media, and networking for candidate sourcing and engagement.
    • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate candidate evaluations and administrative tasks.
    • Passion for staying up-to-date with IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
