Your missions
Role Overview:
As a Software Support Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our data collection software.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
This position demands proficiency in MSSQL , Python, API integration (utilizing tools like Postman ), and navigating logs within the Google Cloud Platform ( GCP ). **
Responsibilities:**
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support for our data collection software, resolving issues effectively even under pressure.
- Utilize API debugging tools such as Postman to troubleshoot and enhance API functionality.
- Leverage GCP logs to identify, track, and diagnose potential software issues, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
- Utilize Python scripting to automate tasks, optimize software performance and debug scriptwriter scripts.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to gain insights into software issues and develop strategic solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in MSSQL, Python, API integration (Postman), and log management.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team, adapting to evolving priorities seamlessly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is considered a significant asset.
- Familiarity with Apigee or any other API management platform is advantageous.
