Patient Recruitment and Engagement Manager

📬 What you'll be doing:

• Implementing strategies to find and retain patients with rare genetic conditions.
• Optimising recruitment campaigns to achieve volume targets.
• Ensuring a clear, supportive, and accessible patient experience.
• Diagnosing and addressing drop-off in study delivery funnel.
• Mapping patient and HCP journeys for optimal user experience.
• Developing patient profiles and personas for recruitment strategies.
• Managing client relationships and patient-facing communications.
• Reporting on metrics and KPIs associated with recruitment and retention.

🫵 This job is for you if you:

• Have excellent knowledge and experience in patient recruitment and engagement in clinical studies.
• Understand various marketing channels and patient recruitment approaches.
• Possess budget management and recruitment funnel development skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Have experience in patient and HCP journey mapping.
• Preferably have familiarity with medical research or the pharmaceutical industry.

💫 Even better if you have:

• Familiarity with A/B testing and continuous optimization of marketing channels.
• Proficiency in budget planning, contract development, and negotiation.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and balance stakeholder requests adeptly.
