Your missions

Position: Sales Trainer (BPO)

Location: Philippines, Remote role

Salary:  Php 50,000 Basic Pay + Php 20,000 bonus = Php 70,000 Monthly Compensation

Work shift: 9am to 5pm USA TIME

Type: Freelance - Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and manage educational workshops
  • Identify training needs, strengths, and weaknesses 
  • Identify needs for skills improvement 
  • Organize and monitor every training and nesting
  • Set objectives and KPIs for every employee and training
  • Monitor employee attendance and progress
  • Track trainees' work output and effectiveness.
  • Try and evaluate various training methods and strategies
  • Keep abreast of the latest training trends and best practices
  • Module development for various campaigns

Desired Candidate:

  • 3  years of experience as a Trainer or similar role in a BPO industry
  • 1-2 years of B2B Sales experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the training and sales process and best practices
  • Hands-on experience in managing the full training cycle
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and software
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Any additional relevant certification and training will be considered an advantage

Mandatory Pre-requisites

  • Available to start immediately
  • Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:
  • Processor - Core i5 or higher, RAM - 8GB or higher
  • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps; Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps.
  • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise  and without interruption.
