Director, Americas Field Marketing
The Director of Americas Field Marketing is a key member of the Marketing and Americas Sales Leadership team. In this role you will collaborate regularly with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. You will lead a team of experts and agencies focused on growing demand for Delinea's solutions. The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a dynamic, innovative environment and brings experience in various facets of Marketing. This position may require up to 20% travel. The candidate will be located remotely and based in the US. This position reports to the CMO.
The Director of Field Marketing, Americas, is a critical partner to Sales Leadership and CMO as Delinea delivers our next phase of growth in the Americas region
In this role, you will build and execute a holistic marketing strategy across the full revenue funnel, including brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline progression.
Examples include:
Defining & building integrated marketing programs inclusive of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Field & Partner events that address the interests & needs of key target buyers and influencers.
Working with Corporate Marketing to drive local brand awareness for Delinea’s solutions and services through multiple channels and platforms.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Global Marketing & Customer Success teams to ensure optimal orchestration and effectiveness of the Americas marketing program with a maniacal focus on client experience.
Design & execute 1:Few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
Provide comprehensive internal reporting on America's marketing performance and serving as an SME on marketing industry trends
Apply a data-driven approach to optimize marketing performance & budget. Prepare and present analyses as they relate to go-to-market effectiveness.
Support strategic growth initiatives in the Americas region including tight partnerships with the Business Partners & Delinea’s clients.
Lead a high-performing field marketing team.
5+ years building & managing high-performing teams
Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills
Well organized, high attention to detail, self-directed
Proficient in delivering content via
Working knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, and social media tools including LinkedIn
Growth-minded and a team player with a positive attitude
