Performance Marketing Lead (Based in Malaysia)

We develop products in the area of Social Commerce, Crowd Influencing, Revenue Automation and Digital Finance.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone passionate about digital marketing and possess a strong can-do attitude, who's in tune with digital trends, social media, great with numbers , data statistics and game for challenge in a fast growing start up!

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute facebook ad campaigns, lead generation campaigns and online marketing activities to achieve client campaign success!
• Strategize and curate integrated marketing mix to achieve maximum satisfaction for all stakeholders
• Measure, report, analyse and optimise campaigns and ad creatives
• Assist in gathering insights on digital tools and platforms to develop campaign strategies
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver effective marketing result and achieve optimal user conversion
• Responsible for generating campaign reports and analysis on a routine basis
• Perform market research and competitors analysis

Requirements

• Experience working in marketplaces likes shopee/lazada and Qoo10 preferred
• Well organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
• A self-starter, possessing a positive learning attitude, hardworking and team spirit
• Analytical and tenacious with a passion for experimentation, iteration and measurement
• Results-driven, with an attitude to constantly exceed targets
• Min 2 years digital marketing experience with HANDS-ON experience on Social Media Management, Facebook advertisement
• Able to deliver quality work with an attention to detail under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about technology and creative in how we can use it to solve content marketing problems
• Experience in building, implementing and reporting on campaigns via Facebook and Google
• Experience in Google analytics, distilling data into actionable insights and recommend tactics for optimization will be a bonus
• Experience in offline marketing campaign execution is a bonus
