IC Payroll Processing
- Monthly preparation of the country payroll input, based on MDM data/evidences and input from local HR, and interaction with the defined external payroll provider
- Review and control the accuracy and completeness of the monthly payroll output per country
- Close collaboration with local HR and Finance to ensure a timely salary and bonus pay-out et al as per the local policies
- Providing internal and external stakeholders with the required payroll, social security and tax information, where appropriate, in consideration of GDPR/DP
- Living the maker-checker approach (four-eyes-principle)
- IC Master Data Management
- Running reports in SAP HCM (recurring and ad-hoc) for PP purposes, data quality assessments and local needs
- Providing internal and external stakeholders with the required system information, if/where appropriate, in consideration of GDPR/DP
- Participating in the preparation of compensation related activities in the course of the annual HR cycles (bonus, compensation review, promotions)
- Contributing to recurring and/or one-time audits (payroll related), internally or statutorily
- Supporting the Head of IC HR, Head GHRSS, local HR and Manager PP upon request
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or Commercial apprenticeship/Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent with a further education in payroll management and/or Human Resources
- Proven track record (two years plus) and experience in Human Resources, Payroll and/or social security oriented function or in Finance
- Proven user knowledge in SAP HCM, good command in MS Excel
- Good organisational skills, well structured
- Self-reliant and independent way of working, flexibility and high stress tolerance
- Precise and accurate manner of working, trustworthiness and absolute discretion and reliability
- High affinity for a fast-changing environment and intercultural competencies
- Fluent in English, in written and oral.
