Job description
Your missions
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee.
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Preparation Financial Statements
- Preparation Income Tax Returns
- Provide general accounting and taxation advice to clients, in conjunction with Directors or CFO
- Ensure that all work is error-free and professionally presented.
- Review accounting and taxation work prepared by the team.
- Provide valuable insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
Requirements
- Full-time position only
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- With at least 1 year of USA Bookkeeping experience
- Experience in using QuickBooks and Xero accounting software is an advantage:
- Strong Excel skills, including report production.
- Strong attention to details and with high analytical skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Trustworthy in managing confidential information.
- Ability to work night shifts to accommodate team collaboration across different time zones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
