Onboarding Manager

Zodia Custody, an institution-first, FCA-regulated digital asset custodian, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Onboarding Manager to join their team. Established in 2020, Zodia Custody combines the agility of a start-up with the heritage of a 167-year-old financial institution, Standard Chartered, in association with Northern Trust and SBI. With a vision to provide financial institutions, corporations, and professional investors with the freedom to realize the full potential of the digital asset future on their own terms, Zodia Custody is at the forefront of the evolving financial services industry.

As the Onboarding Manager at Zodia Custody, you will play a critical role in assisting clients with the seamless onboarding process, ensuring their successful integration onto the Zodia Custody platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and compliance to facilitate a smooth transition for new clients. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their journey with Zodia Custody.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a timely and efficient transition onto the Zodia Custody platform.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and compliance teams to gather required information and documentation from clients.
• Conduct due diligence on new clients, assessing their risk profile and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Zodia Custody's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process.
• Continuously improve and streamline the onboarding process to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in onboarding or client services within the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technology.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to custody and financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex onboarding projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
