The Job:  

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Home Depot Sales team working as a field sales employee.    You’ll get to:   

  • Manage a Territory of Home Depot stores
  • Be responsible for selling Stanley Black & Decker products
  • Plan and execute store event strategies
  • Form and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Implement corporate marketing initiatives
  • Present to key decision-makers
  • Conduct training for store associates and sell to end users all while providing service to our retail partners 

The Person:

  • Interest in sales and owning a territory
  • Must be willing to travel regionally, and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually)
  • Pass MVR check
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Pass all drug and criminal background checks
  • Physical labor will be required in the handling, training, and demonstration of our products
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel computer skills)
  • Self-motivated, driven towards results that grow, develop, and drive sales within a specific region or market.
  • Ability to analyze data, develop strategic growth plans, and improve financial performance.
  • Flexible towards change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Competitive and innovative nature
  • Proven desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication, computer, and business skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus

The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Washington, New York is $49k - $68k per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
