Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience in drug discovery, drug manufacturing/QC, Cell & Gene Therapy, and the biotech/biopharma industry, Strong core people management and selling skills including competency development, problem resolution, creating customer value, and effective sales presentation.Key responsabilities:
- Manage a sales team to achieve profit and revenue targets, provide coaching and guidance, forecast sales targets, and oversee the sales funnel
- Act as an expert in Bioscience portfolio, educate customers on Lonza’s value proposition, understand the market and competitor landscape, and participate in customer meetings and presentations
- Maintain detailed records of client activities in the CRM database and be willing to travel up to 60% for account and territory coverage
