We’re looking for a Recruiter for Non-tech (Corporate) positions who’ll ensure candidates are getting a fantastic experience during our recruitment process 💎 We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician, who will plan and execute first-class hiring strategies. Someone who'll play on our team at one goal - to bring the world’s top A-Players to Revolut 🏆

What you’ll be doing

  • Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing team
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
  • Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience
  • Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
  • Facilitating a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
  • Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates
  • Driving the offer process and closing candidates
  • Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
  • Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
  • Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods

What you'll need

  • From 2 up to 10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for Non-tech, Corporate roles
  • Strong boolean skills and experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards
  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • A high attention to detail
  • Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • A data-driven approach and experience with analytics dashboards
  • Ambition, self-motivation, and passion for our vision

Nice to have

  • Experience in a recruitment agency or hyper-growth startup and/or FinTech
  • Previous experience in Executive Search
  • Fluency in other languages
  • Direct experience hiring for Corporate Services, Risk & Compliance, People
