Position Overview**
We are currently seeking a talented Media Planner I to join our Media Team. The ideal candidate will bring experience and expertise in media strategy, adeptly navigating client relationships, and collaborating within a team to design comprehensive media campaigns. While digital experience is a must, expertise in planning and buying across various media channels is preferred. **
Responsibilities**
Develop a basic to intermediate understanding of the media landscape and stay abreast of current advertising and media industry trends.
Plan, negotiate, and execute media buys across a diverse range of channels, including TV, OTT/CTV, Radio, Digital Audio, Out of Home, Print, Paid Social, Digital Display, Paid Search, Rich Media, Native, and Endemic.
Efficiently manage multiple client media projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, and ensuring the quality of work.
Derive insights from digital campaign data and mentor team members in creating concise client reports.
Utilize campaign analytics and syndicated research to inform future campaign approaches.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and champion established processes, including QA protocols.
Monitor campaigns, vendors, and pacing to prevent potential errors, particularly those with financial implications.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including client services, creative, analytics, and accounting departments.
Foster healthy client relationships and identify opportunities for client account growth.
Proficiently use self-service ad platforms, trafficking platforms, data dashboards, research tools, and media buying software.
Proactively enhance processes and practices, embracing a people-first mindset when working on group projects.
Provide positive mentorship to junior team members, offering strategic direction and constructive feedback.
Seek input and collaborate with colleagues, mentors, and supervisors to improve work quality.
Complete projects and tasks within established deadlines.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present client-facing materials.
Exhibit proficiency across key platforms such as Google Workspace, Campaign Manager 360, comScore, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Nielsen, MRI-Simmons, Strata, TapClicks, Looker Studio, etc. **

Desired Background And Experience**
3+ years of paid media experience. **
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Digital Experience Preferred.**
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising (preferred but not required). **
